About Us
Pintail Products Ltd has evolved through a long standing friendship between two families - one based in Lincolnshire and the other based in Madrid. Both families come from traditional shooting backgrounds and have gained the knowledge and experience throughout the UK and Europe needed to supply distinctive shooting accessories and associated gifts.
All of our products are beautifully handmade by expert Spanish craftsmen, using only their finest leather. Great care and attention to detail is taken from start to finish for each and every product to create the superior quality we strive to provide.
Particular consideration and time has been taken to source the right manufacturers to produce our selection of high quality shooting accessories. These craftsmen are located near the city of Toledo in central Spain, an area overflowing with Spanish history and renowned for the production of handcrafted leather goods going back centuries.
Only the best cow hide is used for all of our shooting accessories and range of gifts, it is sourced from two areas of Northern Spain - Galicia and Asturias. These areas are well known for rearing cattle to a high standard and therfore creating an exceptional quality of leather.
To help preserve the leather and define the colour, it is impregnated up to ten times with a mixture of vegetable, mineral and animal oils.
All of our shooting accessories are mirrored within three ranges:
- Toledo - smooth in texture and rich dark brown in colour
- Sevilla - smooth in texture and warm tan in colour
- Cazorla - grainy in texture and rich (dual tone) brown in colour
To compliment our range of shooting accessories, we also have a personal selection of gifts perfect for that special birthday, christmas or simply a "must have" for on or off the field. Included in our gift range is a small collection of limited edition bronzes and a hand picked selection of ladies handbags.
